Refund

Returns of goods made with requests for customization in dimensions and / or finishes are not allowed. In the case of goods that do not comply with the order, LE FERRE SRL grants the Customer a period of 14 days from delivery to return the purchased goods. The Customer can decide to deliver the return to a Mail Boxes / DHL collection point or choose the home collection by a courier of the Mail Boxes / DHL group who will collect his return at the address and on the date specified by you. .

How to make the return?

1. send an email to info@leferre.it indicating the reasons for the return, possibly attaching photographic documentation, and specifying the return method from those indicated above.
2. wait for a reply email from LE FERRE SRL with authorization and relative return document (within 24 hours); if necessary, further information will be requested.

In any case, the Customer must return the items intact, unused, with their original packaging and, for a better management of the return by LE FERRE SRL, attaching the Return form received by e-mail and fully completed.

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by completing the “Withdrawal Form” which can be downloaded via the following link Download the Withdrawal Form. After having completely filled out the Withdrawal Form, the Customer can send it to us by choosing one of the following methods:
– Sending the Withdrawal Form only (without the goods, which can be returned as described above) by e-mail to info@leferre.it or by post to the address: «C.da Cataldo SS 7 km 610 + 125 74011 Castellaneta Puglia, Italy.
– Sending the Withdrawal Form together with the goods to be returned as specified in the RETURN OF GOODS section

The Customer is not obliged to use the Withdrawal Form: he can in fact exercise his right of withdrawal by sending any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract to the aforementioned addresses. In any case, this communication must clearly state the Customer’s will to withdraw, the indication of the purchase order and the products subject to withdrawal.
It is understood that the communication of the withdrawal, however carried out, must be sent to LE FERRE SRL no later than the aforementioned term of 14 days from receipt of the goods by the Customer. – Replacement:
Within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods by LE FERRE SRL and a quick check of the product, the correct product will be returned to the customer; if not available, a refund will be made.

– Reimbursement:
The Customer will be reimbursed for the price of the returned products only, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods by LE FERRE SRL.

If the aforementioned methods for returning the goods are not respected, LE FERRE SRL reserves the right not to accept the return and not to refund.

If they have not already been sent together with the aforementioned withdrawal notice, the Customer must return the products within 14 days of receipt of the goods in the manner specified in the RETURN AND REFUND section.

In any case, the Customer must return the items intact, unused and with their original packaging.

Confirmation and archiving of the order

LE FERRE SRL will refund the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to LE FERRE SRL’s right to withhold the refund until it has received the products.

If the aforementioned methods for the withdrawal and the return of the goods are not respected, LE FERRE SRL reserves the right not to accept the withdrawal itself and not to make the refund, without prejudice to compliance with the legal obligations against it.
