Terms and conditions

The following provisions establish the general conditions of sale governing the contractual relationship between the seller Le Ferre s.r.l. and the customer (hereinafter “Customer or Consumer”) having as its object the distance selling, on the Italian territory, of the products offered, through the e-commerce website shopleferre.com (hereinafter “the Site”).
The seller is Le Ferre s.r.l.

For the final consumer Le Ferre s.r.l. means any natural person who operates on the shopleferre.com site

The general conditions of sale that apply to the contractual relationship between Le Ferre s.r.l. and the Customer are those published on the Site at the time the order is placed.
The order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The Parties agree that the contract is governed by Italian law.
The customer can request information, send communications by contacting the customer service Le Ferre s.r.l. to the email address info@leferre.it or to the postal address of Le Ferre s.r.l. C.da Cataldo SS 7 km 610 + 125 74011 Castellaneta Puglia, Italy.
The sales process through the Site was carried out in full compliance with the legislation on distance selling, electronic commerce, and in particular in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 and succ. mod. and int.
The use of the distance selling process described in these general conditions of sale is reserved for consumers (hereinafter “the Customer” or “Consumers”) who act on their behalf and are resident in Italy.
Resellers or wholesalers or any person who intends to purchase the products available on the Site for subsequent resale will not be able to make purchases on the Site.
The purchase order through the Site implies knowledge and acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The products covered by the contractual relationship governed by these general conditions are all the articles published on the Site at the time the order is placed as specified in the “Products” section.
In the case of promotional offers with a certain duration, the Consumer must pay attention to the time limits of validity of the offer.
